How does video expiration work?
All videos on POPNOW disappear after 1 hour for viewers. Publishers can download their own videos within 3 days before they're permanently deleted. This keeps content fresh and authentic.
What are POPCoins?
POPCoins are our virtual currency. Earn 50 coins daily by logging in, or 100 coins by winning video requests. Use coins to create your own video requests (100 coins per request).
How much does Premium cost?
Premium membership is $4.99 USD per month. Benefits include 1,000 POPCoins instantly, no watermarks, golden avatar ring, unlimited requests/uploads, and ad-free experience.
Is my location data safe?
You control your location privacy with three settings: Exact (precise GPS), 3km radius, or 10km radius. We recommend using 3km or 10km for privacy protection.
How do I delete my account?
Contact us at support@popnow.world to request account deletion. All your videos and profile data will be permanently removed.
